Deucely (operated by Seonyong Kim; the "Company") respects your privacy and complies with applicable data protection laws, including the Republic of Korea's Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA). This policy applies to the mobile application Deucely (the "Service").

We entrust certain processing to the providers below; some providers' servers may be located overseas.

Only the minimum identifiers/tokens needed for authentication and notifications are transferred, and we take measures to ensure such data is handled securely.
You may at any time access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your personal data. You can edit your data directly on the profile screen, request deletion by withdrawing your account, or contact us using the details below.
When the retention period expires or the purpose is achieved, we destroy the data without delay. Electronic files are permanently deleted in an unrecoverable manner; paper documents are shredded or incinerated.
The Service is intended for users aged 14 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 14, and will delete any such data without delay if discovered.
